Hunger and other emergencies can derail students’ academic journeys and make it difficult for them to gain the skills and education that can provide long-term stability.
At Hawai‘i Community College we are committed to helping students who are struggling to meet basic needs. Our food distributions support approximately 1,500 people per semester, and our new Kahuaola Basic Needs Center connects students with vital resources.
Your donation on this Giving Tuesday will support our efforts to ensure students have what they need to pursue their dreams. Please consider donating to our Kākoʻo Emergency Student Aid Fund and helping our students succeed.
