As we commemorate the 50th Anniversary of our Law School, we invite you to honor our past, support our present, and contribute to our promising future as we envision and build toward our continued legacy of excellence.
It is truly remarkable to think that just 50 years ago, Chief Justice William S. Richardson spearheaded the creation of a local law school. What started in the Quarry's wooden buildings evolved into our three-building presence at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Over the past five decades, the Richardson School of Law has grown to become an indispensable pillar of our community, making invaluable contributions to the larger society, both near and far.
As we celebrate this monumental milestone, we look forward with eager anticipation to the advancements and achievements that the next 50 years will bring.
Your contribution today will help ensure the Richardson legacy continues and thrives by providing educational opportunities in the law and sustaining a Law School that produces graduates who continue to lead in ways that positively impact Hawai‘i and beyond.
