The Eddie Kamae Songbook & Kamae Archive
The Eddie Kamae Songbook & Archive

Eddie Kamae, musician, filmmaker, and composer, sought wisdom and teachings from the elders. The Eddie Kamae Songbook and the Kamae Archive bring you into this world and make a difference in the lives they touch. For educators, these resources serve as a foundation for creating curricula across disciplines. For students, these resources help them reflect on their stories and grow in their knowledge.

The Songbook and Kamae Archive need to be more accessible. We want to translate the songbook into Hawaiian, create a printed version, and hire UH student interns to engage with the Kamae archive so the legacy lives on. Mahalo for your support!
