Waikīkī Aquarium
Help us revitalize our exhibits!

Founded in 1904, the Waikīkī Aquarium is the second oldest aquarium in the United States and is one of the longest running establishments in Hawaiʻi. During its existence, the aquarium has educated and impacted generations of Hawaiʻi residents and made significant contributions toward marine conservation globally.

Please make a gift to help sustain our efforts to be at the forefront of ocean-related issues and spread our mission.

With your support, we plan to update our Northwestern Hawaiian Islands exhibit which showcases the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument, the largest single area dedicated to conservation in the United States.

It is essential to preserve and revitalize our exhibits that demonstrate the importance of protecting marine ecosystems for future generations.

Donations can also help fund Waikīkī Aquarium’s educational programs, general upkeep and maintenance, feeding our huge collection of animals, and the life support systems keeping them healthy.

Thank you for supporting the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa - Waikīkī Aquarium!
