The old impressionist has a new trick! 

This time Monet (Millimeter-Wave Communication and Sensing integration) seeks to combine one-to-many V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) communication with automotive radars using millimeter-wave MIMO (multiple-input and multiple-output) radio systems augmented by beam-forming PAAs (phased antenna arrays), RAAs (reconfigurable antenna arrays), and IRSs (intelligent reflecting surfaces).
